Massage therapy is massage based treatment for pain and discomfort of muscles and joints using hands-on manipulation of soft tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin. It rebalances muscle groups and energies, improves circulation and lymph drainage and rjuvenates fatigued tissues, returning the body to a more harmonious, relaxed and pain free state.
